In 2000 they moved to US and since then they are performing in different clubs and events in DC area.
Duende Camarón has performed in several venues of the Smithsonian, Carter baron in DC, constitution hall.

The music evolves strumming rhythmic flamenco guitars with singing. The style is pretty much influenced by the flamenco and the rumba artists like Gipsy –Kings and also has influences from Latin music.

The name has a very important meaning to the flamenco world because, DUENDE is a especial phenomenon in which a Flamenco musician can give the best of his or her art with a lot of passion, all this happens thanks to the magic of the flamenco spirit (Duende), and Camaron is the nick name of Jose Monje Cruz one of the most important Flamenco singers of the contemporary times who died in 1992.
